Wedding styling studio increases IG followers by 125% organically

That’s because the intricate process required to make a bride’s special day truly memorable takes a miracle worker—one like Maribel with Flowers by G Bella (FBG). Her wedding styling studio creates beautifully designed luxury weddings, and she wanted to attract more clients.

Social Media Strategy

Maribel asked for our help, and that we did—carefully bringing her stunning work to life through video and executing on a social media strategy that had an equally stunning impact on her business:

  • Increased Instagram followers organically by 125% in 6 months (from about 2,200 to nearly 5,000)

  • Achieved a viral reel with 120,000 views; 2,800 likes; 1,600 shares; and 1,400 bookmarks (this video also resulted in 1,600 new followers)

  • Generated 21,000 views on a long-form YouTube video (on a newly created channel!)

This traction not only presented new leads, but also identified a new audience to target: newer event planners and florists looking to hone their craft. She’s now in the process of developing online classes to expand her business offering.

Video Production

Wedding styling is all about visuals, but FBG wasn’t capturing them in the right medium or with the right perspective. Styling requires storytelling, and we helped FBG tell their story through video—from an insightful introduction piece to a number of other YouTube Shorts and long-form productions.

With each video, we looked to capture the Magic of Maribel, the unique aspects that make her styling process and final results so compelling for soon-to-be newlyweds.

Website Design & Brand Touchup

Video wasn’t the only area in which FBG needed help. Attracting a luxury wedding clientele meant her entire brand needed to be carefully curated and pristine, much like her wedding styling.

We helped FBG with multiple branding elements:

  • Retouched logo to be more modern and in line with expanded services

  • Revamped and realigned all social media channels

  • Created new social media accounts (YouTube & TikTok) to share video content

  • Redesigned website to improve the user experience, ensuring clearer navigation

    and flow of information

 

Digital Content Production

Given the importance of video content in FBG’s business, we continue to produce videos for its various channels. Shorter-form video content (e.g., reels, shorts) for its channels typically includes three posts per week that focus on floral design and styling tips. These videos serve to keep FBG’s newer audience engaged while also capturing the attention of soon-to-be newlyweds.
